Mediterranean Spice Rub

Ingredients:

1/4 cup kosher salt
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. dried tarragon
1 tbsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1 tsp. dried marjoram

Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a lidded jar. Mix well with a spoon, breaking up any large clumps.
  2. Store for up to 6 months.
