1/4 cup kosher salt (use less if using table salt)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. dried oregano
2 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. cayenne pepper (add more or less, to taste)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a lidded jar. Mix well with a spoon, breaking up any large clumps.
- Store for up to 6 months.
