Tex-Mex Spice Rub

Ingredients:

1/4 cup kosher salt
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. coriander
1 tbsp. cayenne


Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a lidded jar. Mix well with a spoon, breaking up any large clumps.
  2. Store for up to 6 months.
