Chocolate Coconut Cookies

Ingredients:

2 sticks unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar 
2 eggs, at room temperature
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar with a mixer. Add one egg at a time and incorporated completely. 
Add the pure vanilla extract and mix completely. Next sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, 
and cocoa powder. Slowly add the flour mixture into the butter mixture and incorporate. 
Next add your chocolate chips, coconut, and condensed milk to the batter and incorporate.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet slightly flatten each cookie with palm of hand before baking.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool completely on cooling rack.
