S'MORES COOKIES

  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup graham crackers crumbs
  • ½ cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 3 Hershey's bars, chopped
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. grease cookie sheets or use parchment paper or baking mat.
  2. In a large bowl, add butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and mix until light and fluffy. Add eggs mix, then add vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  3. In a medium sized bowl, add all purpose flour, baking soda, salt and mix until well combined. Add to wet ingredients and mix.
  4. Add graham crackers, mix, then add Hershey's bars, mini chocolate chips, marshmallows, and mix until the ingredients are well combined.
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
