Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt (1/4 tsp.)
2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. milk
3/4 cup oil
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups oatmeal
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cream butter and sugars together until creamy.
Add vanilla, milk, egg, and egg yolk and beat until combined.
In a large bowl add dry ingredients together.
Alternate between flour and oil into creamed ingredients until well combined.
Now stir in oats and chocolate chips.
drop cookies by tbsp.fuls and place on cookie sheet with parchment paper 2 inches apart and bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let cool on baking sheets for 3 minutes.
Transfer cookies to cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
