2- 15oz. Cans Peaches in heavy syrup
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1 cup boiling water
3 tbsp. butter
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Stir together sliced peaches with cinnamon Set aside.
In a medium bowl, cream together butter and 1 cup sugar.
Mix together flour, and baking powder. Add to butter mixture alternating with milk.
Pour into prepared pan.Top with peach mixture.
Stir 3 tablespoons butter in boiling water. Pour over the peaches.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
