Shrimp Pot Stickers

Shrimp Pot Stickers
½ Bag of frozen shrimp
3 sprigs (chopped) Green Onions
2 inches Ginger
3 dashes Soy Sauce
1 Egg
1 Package of pot stickers (circular)

Defrost and remove tails from shrimp. Chop the shrimp, green onions, and ginger into small pieces. Crack the egg in separate boil. Mix all ingredients together. Line pot sticker wrapper with water, place 1 teaspoon of filling in the middle. Fold pot sticker in half to create a half moon. Make sure the sides are sealed together by pinching with your fingers. Squeeze the sides up to create a purse. Sauté pot stickers in a pan of oil, just enough to coat the bottom. Once all of the pot stickers are sautéed, place them back in a large skillet with 4 ice cubes and cover with a lid to steam. When ice is melted place on platter and serve with sauce.
