Pineapple Rum Punch

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup lime juice
1 cup simple syrup
1 1/2 cups rum, or to taste
2 cups pineapple juice
Ice, as needed
4 cups sparkling water, for finishing (optional)
Pineapple wedges, for garnishing (optional)

PREPARATION
Add lime juice, simple syrup, rum, pineapple juice and ice to a pitcher. Stir to combine. Pour into glasses. Finish with sparkling water and garnish with pineapple wedges.



Yield: 6 servings.
