Grandma's Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients:

3 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 cup granulated sugar
8 oz. sour cream
6 large eggs, at room temperature
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp.  pure lemon extract
3 cups all- flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 10 inch bundt pan with non cooking spray. In a large bowl
add flour, baking soda, and salt sift together and set aside. In another large bowl add butter, sugar, sour cream, eggs, and extracts now with an hand mixer cream these ingredients together until well mixed. Now slowly add you dry ingredients until well mixed but don't over mix batter. Pour
this cake batter in the prepared bundt pan and put in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Use a toothpick to check to see if cake is done. Cool cake in cake pan  for 10 minutes then flip out onto cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
