Banana Nut Muffins With Crumb Topping

Ingredients

Muffins:

2 ripe bananas
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
3 eggs
2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts

Crumb Topping:

4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. finely ground walnuts
1/2 tsp salt


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a larger bowl add mashed bananas, sugar, butter, and eggs mix until combined.
In another larger bowl add all dry ingredients and combine until well mixed. Add wet ingredients to 
dry ingredients and mix just until combined do not over mix batter stir in walnuts.

For crumb topping:
Mix all ingredients together until combined and sprinkle on top of muffins just before baking.

Bake muffins for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
