Best Friend"s Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

2 sticks unsalted butter
2 sticks Imperial margarine
2 cups light brown sugar
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs
2 Tablespoons vanilla
6 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
18 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. white chocolate chips
1-1/2 cups walnuts

Mix together butter, margarine, and both sugars.
Add eggs one at a time, vanilla, mix well.
Add 4 cups of flour (baking soda & salt) one cup at a time. Do not over mix or cookies will be tough.
Add 2 cups remaining flour by hand. Use a wooden spoon.
Incorporate chocolate chips.

Preheat your oven 350 F.  Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes before baking. Use parchment paper, and place cookies 2 inches apart. I like to use a tablespoon, and pile it high and generous with dough.
Bake them for 12 minutes, middle rack, rotate half time. Ready when golden brown
