10 cups popped corn
1 Cup salted peanuts or cashews
1/4 cup honey
3 Tbsp butter
1 tsp orange zest
pinch of cayenne pepper 
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Place nuts and popped corn in large roasting pan. In a small saucepan place honey, butter, orange zest, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and heat just until butter is melted completely.
Pour over popcorn and nut and toss to coat all. Place in 300 degree preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes to insure even cooking. Once finished baking, turn out onto cookie sheets or sheets of foil to cool.
