Limber de Coco (coconut flavored popsicle) II

1- 12oz. can evaporated milk
1- 15oz. can cream of coconut
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Put in blender and blend well. Pour into popsicle molds and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Freeze 4 to 24 hours.
