Coconut Cream Pops (Limber de Coco)

12 oz. can evaporated milk
14 oz. can coconut milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. coconut extract or vanilla extract
1/2 cup of shredded sweetened coconut
cinnamon to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into freezer molds.
Freeze and Enjoy! Servings: 10.
