Cantaloupe and Cream Lime Ice Pops


1 cantaloupe, halved, seeded and cut into chunks
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest

Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour cantaloupe mixture into ice pop molds and freeze according to manufacturers instructions. Usually 4-24 hours.
