Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut oil for frying
1/4 cup chicken stock
Filling:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 chopped white onion
4 chopped garlic cloves
1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
Dipping sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon chili sauce
Preparation:
Heat oil in skillet on medium high.
Fry each side until light golden brown
Add chicken stock and cover, fry until done about 5 minutes
