CHICKEN EGG ROLLS

 FILLING:

1-2 lb chicken breast ( sliced thin or grounded)
2-3 cups bok soy
2-3 cups Chinese cabbage
2-3 cups bean sprouts
1 tsp salt
1-2 tsp sugar
1-2 tsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
25 sheets springrolls wrappers
1 egg ( beaten for seal)
