Big Batch Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

4 sticks softened butter, at room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 cups shredded coconut
4 cups milk chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 F. In large bowl add butter and sugars and cream together until combined.
Next add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
In another large bowl add dry ingredients and whisk together until combined.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients mix just until combined.
Stir in coconut and chocolate chips. Drop dough by tbsp.fuls and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
