Coconut Bread

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup fine coconut

Directions:

Grease a 9x5" loaf pan. Preaheat oven 350F.
In a large bowl add dry ingredients and stir to combine. In another bowl add wet ingredients and stir well. Now add wet to dry and mix just until combine. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 60-70 mins.
